A Simple Four-Step Guide

Anyone can use our service as far as sending us samples from a location within the USA. At this time, we can't analyze samples sent from the outside of the USA.

Your samples must not have any permanent damage, such as dying, manicure, fungus, etc. We do not need hair root nor follicle. Thus, you can either cut your hair near the scalp or pulling it out.

The best way is to make a sample packet. Please fold a piece of paper into nine folds (3 by 3) or prepare a tiny envelope (about 2' by 3'). Cut your sample into smaller pieces and put them in the folded paper or  the tiny envelope. Put this sample packet in a regular mail envelope.

We collect the following information at purchase:

• weight and height,
• food preferences, and
• any diagnosed or potential metabolic diseases.
• Optional: daily calorie intake and/or expenditure

We do not collect any additional personal information except for the payment purpose, including but not limited to:

• your name
• residence information
• phone number
• address
